1. Parties

This agreement is made between the Starfell Online administration and the user benefiting from the service.

2. Scope of Service

Starfell Online is a game service. Management reserves the right to change game content, server operating hours, and paid content at any time.

3. Account Security

The confidentiality of account credentials is the user's responsibility. Any account shared with third parties remains the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Refund Policy

In-game currencies and consumed items are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All visual and audio materials in the game belong to Starfell Online and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
